A large group of key originators and supporters for Gondwana Link gathered at the Fremantle home of Linda Siddall, Chair of The Wilderness Society WA, to the formal beginning of the Gondwana Link program. The tyranny of distance prevented some from getting there, but The Nature Conservancy, Bush Heritage, Greening Australia, The Wilderness Society and Edith Cowan University were well represented. It was an evening of really great fellowship, charged with a feeling of excitement.
